[MariaDB] Communications link failure (with. DBeaver)

개요 맥북 M3 환경에서 로컬 MariaDB에 접속하려고 했을 때 "Communications link failure" 오류가 발생했습니다. 이 오류는 서버와의 연결이 실패했음을 나타냅니다.
